UREE was established as a Limited Liability Corporation, under the laws governing the State of Maryland, for the purpose of providing real estate brokerage services. UREE is a Full-Service Real Estate firm based in Baltimore County which has increasingly accepted the responsibility of facilitating the sales of REO and distressed properties.

UREE is owned and led by its broker, Mr. Wayne S. Davis, who brings over 27 years of full-time real estate experience to the company. As the President and Broker for United Real Estate Executives, Mr. Davis has an extensive background in real estate Sales, Training, Contracts, Financing, Management, Investments and Distressed property.  He personally has successfully sold over $100 million of real estate in Maryland and has maintained an impeccable record as a leader in the real estate industry. As a Certified Distress Property Expert (CDPE), certified by the Distress Property Institute, LLC, Mr. Davis found the need to further his involvement in REO and Short Sales, therefore he established the REO Department within UREE.
